DELIVERY AND TRACKING
How long does delivery take?
Orders at Yiqoo are normally dispatched within 48 hours and take between 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Please allow an additional week during busy periods or for international delivery delays that are beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If your tracking number does not work for any reason, please reply to that email or contact us at hi@yiqoo.shop for assistance.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
Yiqoo will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to the majority of countries worldwide. If there are any issues regarding delivery to your specific location, we will contact you directly.
Are all of the products in my order sent together?
Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges, or because they are being dispatched from different distribution centers.
Where are your products delivered from?
Our products are manufactured and sent from all over the world. The majority are delivered from Asia to provide you with the best possible prices while maintaining a high level of quality.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that orders already sent out cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order after making a purchase?
Yes, you can. Yiqoo offers immediate order cancellations up to 30 minutes after purchasing. If you change your mind within this timeframe, send us an email at hi@yiqoo.shop, and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund as soon as we receive your request.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact hi@yiqoo.shop, and we will provide you with the returns address closest to you. Once we receive your return, we will email you a refund confirmation.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team to receive instructions and the appropriate return address. We will notify you via email once your exchange order has been dispatched.
